Included in your coverage

This product provides cover if your car is stolen or damaged by fire, and for damage it causes to other people’s property in the event that you accidentally crash into someone. However, the product excludes cover for accidental damage to your own car. You can also choose to increase your Third Party cover to R5 million, R10 million or R20 million.

Roadside assistance

If you find yourself in a roadside emergency, you can press our button. This assistance is to your rescue should your car break down on the side of the road, you run out of fuel or struggle with a flat tire or battery.

Home assistance

Accidents in and around your home can strike unexpectedly. But rest assured: we will cover the call-out fee and the first hour of labor for the services of plumbers, electricians, window fitters and locksmiths. We also have a database of builders, garden services, painters, etc. to whom we can refer you.

Regsbystand

Being on the receiving end (or even the handing out) of legal action is not a pleasant experience. Surely Virs takes the sting out of it by offering you telephone legal and tax advice, for those times when you need someone who not only speaks your language, but also understands your situation.

Traumabystand

In a time of trauma, you need all the support you can get. This service offers you, among other things, three counselling sessions, referral to group therapy, assistance with court process preparation and referral to a place of safe shelter.

Virseker is 100% proudly Afrikaans and where possible we also try to support other Afrikaans businesses, but to ensure we assist you as quickly as possible in times of need, we sometimes use English third-party service providers.
